Woven Fabrics

For this new version of the site, we have decided to separate the Woven and Knit Fabrics for more visibility and to simplify your visit ! You can go further in your search by print, color etc. ... thanks to the different filters.

Woven fabrics are relatively blocked and used to sew Blouses, Pants, Skirt etc. ... Woven fabric is any textile formed by weaving. Woven fabrics are often created on a loom, and made of many threads woven on a warp and a weft. Technically, a woven fabric is any fabric made by interlacing two or more threads at right angles to one another. The main weaves are canvas, twill and satin! These are declined in different materials for example, Poplin, Voile, Gauze, are plain weave. Denim and Gabardine are twill weaves. And only after we speak about composition: Cotton, Viscose, Polyester, Tencel etc ...

The use of a fabric is depending on the weave, the composition and the WEIGHT, according to all this informations it will be more suitable to sew a top or rather a dress etc ...

The origin of the Fabrics, even if it's possible to find very beautiful fabrics all over the world, we always try to go for local sourcing!

To maintain the employment in the industry in our aria but also and maybe above all in relation to our ecological footprint! We all have a responsibility for the future we are charting for the planet and future generations.

It is also this perspective that pushes us to indicate the origin of the fabric for each reference.

The Price,  having a background and many years of experience in the textile industry, it is also a criterion on which we do not compromise! The price must be fair and adapted to all budgets, that's why we decided to offer attractive prices for basics and acceptable prices for more "special" items.
